Vital3 vs Now Foods UC-II, Undenatured Type II Collagen

Joint Health: Vital 3 vs iHerb’s Now Foods, UC-II, Undenatured Type II Collagen product comparison 

 

I have previously ready about Vital3 product from a Finnish health magazine. Undenatured Type II Collagen is the latest "miracle"cure for the joint pain.

There are some studies that shows that Undenatured Type II Collagen can help with osteoarthritis of the knee better than glucosamine or chondroitin (source). Maybe there is a truth behind all this.

There has been many products that I have tried to help with knee pains, and I'm happy to try everything.

Vital 3 has a really high price.  I haven't tried the Vital 3, but instead I've bought a much cheaper alternative.

This review is a comparison about the two. Also my own review about Now Foods, UC-II, Undenatured Type II Collagen.

Conclusion

Now Foods version contains much more UC-II compared the Vital 3 product. Not to mention the much cheaper pric.

I do see a noticeable improved on the joint health. I'm gonna continue to buy this product for every now and then. Would I buy the Vital3? No...
